I think its an oppressed country and Florida's crime rate went through the roof during the Mariel Boat Lift of 1980. I certainly don't believe Cuban's are unintellectual, I do however believe that they don't benefit from a free society in the same way that the United Kingdom and the U.S. do and I find it very unlikely that the U.S. is in jeopardy of losing their durable competitive advantages.
