Ouch. No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!

You sad, silly person.

Whenever you see a comment such as “wake up you sheeple”, such as from aIRaSs, you know it comes from an ignorant conspiracy theory cult drone.

Not fighting the Cold War would have meant the Soviet Gulag for conspiracy theory kooks, like aIRaSs, because the Commies would not have tolerated these political wackos.

Because the US won, the kooks have free speech, which they, of course, abuse with their irresponsible, unhinged arguments.

Of course there’s a difference between democrats and republicans, on abortion, the environment, Iran, stem cell research, evolution, birth control, business regulation, education, health care, civil rights, and gay rights, among many, many others. Don’t be stupid.

By aARIESsSs

you speak as though there is difference between democrats and republicans, a two part system is not democracy

By aARIESsSs

Astually the cold war killed and enslaved more people , not fighting the cold war would have ended the cold war, the cold war which has never ended, The foreign policy you defend has killed millions of innocent people and bankrupted you country, get off Ron Paul, watch Obama push the Globalist order further, wake up you sheep.

By bobbygnosis

True – if there’s anything I learned about the Cold War it’s that it wasn’t a stanged event, we really we in danger and it was totally legit. We would have lost that war big time. We barely won as is. Look at how many weapons we have? We can only blow up the world so many times. Shouldn’t we, as the best nation ever, be able to blow up the world an infinit number of times? Think about it. We could be better than number one. We could be number ZERO!

By averageworkinggal

Ron Paul’s foreign policy would have lost the Cold War and billions of people would still be enslaved.

Congress secret meeting on March 13 2008. They discussed:
- the imminent collapse of the U.S. economy to occur by September 2008
- the imminent collapse of US federal government finances by February 2009
- the possibility of Civil War inside the USA as a result of the collapse
- advance round-ups of “insurgent U.S. citizens” likely to move against the government
- The detention of those rounded-up at “REX 84″ camps constructed throughout the USA.

Kapan 60 is right on…”ronpaulhatesblacks” is obviously confused. Maybe that explains his poor choice of name.

This guy’s right. Bush had the same religious furver when he was elected that Obama is getting now. Ron Paul is real change. Obama will get our troops out of Iraq, but will build an emabasy that’s the size of Rhode Island. We need to tighten up our empire by shutting some overseas bases down and use the extra resources to streagthen the dollar.

By Kapan60

Your so right! Little issues like the War on Terror, Iraq, the Patriot Act, the Federal Reserve, useless bailouts are so trival.

Harry Reid just put in a last minute compensation package for the car company CEOs today. Wasn’t that the same party that has been rallying against CEO pay? The neoconservatives are at least honest about the trash they are, the Democrats claim they aren’t but then pass bills that show they are hypocrites.

By RonPaulHatesBlacks

And if Paul was truly any better than Republicans, then why does he oppose abortion, stem cell research, environmental regulation, and the MLK holiday, not believe in evolution, and support a border fence?

It’s pretty easy to pluck out a few issues and blindly assert that two people or parties are completely identical. It’s a facile claim. And it’s spelled “neither,” not “nethier,” genius.

By Kapan60

Gates wants it and Obama has already stated he wouldn’t leave Iraq entirely for five more years (of course he also said he’s end it). I’m smart enough to judge a person by his logic and friends instead of media spin.

If Democrats were truly any better than Republicans then why did they vote for the war, Patriot Act, or vote for a law that gave Bush & Friends immunity for torture? Why do they act tough on car bailouts, but not for banks?

I voted for nethier party because they both suck.

By RonPaulHatesBlacks

Gates doesn’t want to continue the war until 2013, or he wouldn’t have accepted Obama’s offer. Obviously. The Defense Secretary works for the President. Period. Not sure why you’re not smart enough to understand that.

Some people voted for Democrats to end the war and impeach Bush. Those people are idiots. Most people voted for Democrats because they were better than the Republicans. You’re a Paul supporter, and likely voted for neither, so you’re in no position to bitch.

By Kapan60

Gates backed the Bush foreign policy for 2 years and wants to continue to keep us in Iraq until 2013. Obama puts him in the Cabinet, but he’s going to end the war? I don’t see how that logically works.

The War in Iraq had a low approval rating and people voted Democrat to end the damm war and even impeach Bush. What happened? NOTHING.

Face it, the two party system is a corrupt one party system with the same goals.

By RonPaulHatesBlacks

Gates has only been the Secretary of Defense since December 2006. Donald Rumsfeld was the Secretary of Defense for the Iraq War. If Obama had nominated HIM, then you’d have a valid point.

Only complete idiots expected Democratic congressmen to immediately end the war. Vietnam ended because of public opposition; Congress didn’t start cutting funding until AFTER the Paris Peace Accords and removal of nearly all American troops. Nice try, though.

By Kapan60

Your cutting hairs. Gates was the US Secretary of Defense during the Iraq War. I’ve seen him on TV justifying our countinual presence there for years.

Now the Democrats were all voted in to use the power of the purse to end the damm war. They didn’t. It’s one of the biggest reasons why their approval rating was so low, even lower than Bush’s last year.

Also, according to the Constitution only Congress can declare war and the power of the purse was used to end the Vietnam War.

By RonPaulHatesBlacks

The Secretary of Defense serves at the pleasure of the President, not the other way around, and there’s no evidence Gates helped “get us into the war.” He was President of Texas A&M at the time, for Christ’s sake. And the President has overwhelming authority in foreign affairs, so when Bush insisted troops would remain in Iraq, the Democrats did the best they could with a terrible choice, and made the right one—fund the troops for now and make damn sure you win the 2008 election!

By Kapan60

Hmm… if I was President and I wanted to leave Iraq I certainly wouldn’t pick the same US Secretary of Defense that helped get us into the war. Yet Obama does and you still defend him. Obama also voted for billions if not trillions to go overseas when the Democrats were voted into power to end the war.

I’m not a big Obama fan because from what I’ve seen he’s gone the same way as Bush. I hope his term proves me wrong, but at this point I’m highly doubtful of this “change”.

By Clyaton

you’re name is based on an article that Ron Paul did not write and never even read until they brought it up in media. It was in his ‘journal’ or paper or whatever, and humble Ron even apologized for overlooking it.

By RonPaulHatesBlacks

Nope, we’ll leave shortly after Obama takes office. He’s opposed the war since the very beginning, despite the political costs of that stance. He’s never supported the war, or changed his tune once. Voting to support troops stationed overseas is miles and miles and miles away from supporting the war itself, as every rational person knows.

Why don’t you tell us the real reason you hate Obama even before he takes office?

By Kapan60

Really? Who voted to continually fund the war? Who voted for the Patriot Act? Obama may not have given the orders, but he’s supported Bush’s “requests” for laws while a Senator. Not only that he’s changed his tune so many times on Iraq that I don’t believe him.

We’ll leave Iraq once it’s oil is entirely privatized. Not a second sooner.
