But when there is proof of Casie partying AFTER Caylee went missing, then there it shouldnt matter. That right there is enough evidence to use common sense to know that she killed Caylee. 1) The father was someone Casey went to high school with.
2) The father is deceased and died in a car accident.
3) (Apparently raised from the dead) Cindy then tells us the father is a “married man” who wanted no parts of fatherhood.
4) Then still “raised from the dead” we are told that the father was one of Casey’s “one night stands”.

How do you know? It looks like Casey is a liar, but the media ALWAYS lies. There’s a lot of questions, like where was the body bag when other people searched the area months ago? Maybe people of the black race don’t kill their young? I’ve never heard of it. The notoriety surrounding this case isn’t because they’re caucasion. It’s “famous” because of all the craziness, the lies, and the goofy stories Casey’s been telling.

I think we should be concentrating on the ones that are not caught, such as JonBenet Ramsey’s killer. Now you wanna talk about some controversy???? I mean come on she was found inside of the parents home, and you wanna tell me that they would not wake-up to the sound that was hurd by a nieghbor, and further more, her older sister had just died not too long before her. What I want to know is why were these parents set free??
How could anyone not think she did it?Also, how could a good loving mother go out and party after her daughter went missing?Unless she’s guilty.There are tons of people who want kids,who would hae loved Caylee,and taken care of her,why didn’t she just adopt her to someone instead of killing her own innocent child?They should put in in solitary confinment for life with pics of Caylee plastered on the walls so she will never forget the horrible thing she did.
They’re not sending her gifts, they’re sending her money for junk food, make up, and other crap an inmate in jail charged for murder, obviously, doesn’t deserve.
I’ve been following this case from the beginning and I always knew Casey did it. But there is just one thing that baffles me, Casey swore that she did have some information to give, but could not give it because she was “scared Caylee would get hurt.” Now, I think one of the very most damning things for her is, once the body was found- not one word. So let’s pretend for a sec that Casey’s story is true, the babysitter took the child but threatened to kill your baby if you went to the cops, so you go around making up false info to make sure that if the kidnapper is watching, they know you aren’t trying to send the cops after them. Now see, I could kinda maybe undrestand that, if you were really that scared, I mean I’d still go to the police, but I’m sure some people wouldn’t (I’m not forgetting the forensic evidence, just “going along with the story” at this point). This is where your whole story goes down the drain- You continue lying, or just no talking at all, then one day, your baby is found DEAD. Now of course at this point you’d say, “Okay, here’s how it went down, this girl came and her name was this and she looked like this and..” Right? If your baby was found dead, why wouldn’t you give the person up? Because it was all a lie. I just really wonder where the defence is going to go from here, I mean they should have at least advised Caey to throw out some new names or something after the body was found, but nothing else has been said. I really think they can’ go with the nanny story anymore, because of this. Sorry for rambling, I just want to know what you guys think the laywers are going to try an do now.
