My mom, a retired piano teacher, even knew she was supposed to file as “self employed” for her income from her pupils. She did it herself, WITHOUT turbotax. For years!
If anyone thinks for even 1/2 a second that Geithner made “an innocent mistake”, that makes them an idiot. He’s a TAX CHEAT. And this is representative of what we can come to expect from Obama’s whole administration…

America will make much easier to order all employees to pay taxes on their workers by sending a bill to the employer rather than the employees. hoa many employees you have 10,000 they earn 450 million in total your tax is $180 million done.

Millions of people are paying payroll taxes every month on the average of $500.00 x 100 million working people equals 50 billion a month. In twelve months this would equal out to 600 billion.

Now, Treasury secretary Timothy Geithner should tell Obama “No” on the bailout plan and “Yes” on NO TAX DEDUCTIONS on the American people for the next 6-12 months. Timothy Geithner, tell Obama that the American people would love to spend their tax dollars and fix the economy without another bailout. Our economy and the American people would come out way ahead this way.

Oh well, they confirmed him and he has pretty much all the credentials he needs to be a treasury secretary. I do hope he handles the TARP program and other bailout programs well, and responsibly.

I find this whole story suspicious, he makes $350k a year, has a house staff, but he uses fucking turbo tax?? Give me a break! The new administration and congress much think the American people are a bunch of morons and will actually fall for this. The sad thing is, if it comes out of the Obamassiah’s mouth a large chunk of the population will believe it.
